As a mathematics education leader, I believe that equity is not a destination—it is a continuous, deliberate journey that requires courage, collaboration, and clarity of purpose. My philosophy is grounded in the conviction that all students, regardless of background or circumstance, deserve access to rigorous, engaging mathematics instruction that prepares them for empowered futures.
Throughout my career in Title I and transformation schools, I have witnessed firsthand the barriers students face—and the brilliance they possess when instruction is intentionally designed to support their growth. Whether coaching international teachers to meet the needs of multilingual learners, or analyzing data to drive targeted math interventions, my leadership is rooted in responsiveness and relationships. I look forward to meeting like-minded educators!
