About me
As a facilitator with All Learners Network, I am passionate about helping educators implement effective, evidence-based instructional strategies that foster conceptual understanding and empower students to become confident, independent learners. With over 13 years of experience in secondary classrooms, my primary role is to facilitate professional development for middle and high school teachers, coaches, special educators, administrators, and teacher leaders. I have the privilege of working with school districts nationwide, helping to advance our mission of promoting math equity and inclusion for all students. At the heart of this mission is the belief that every student deserves a humanizing math experience—one that builds confidence and cultivates a deeper understanding of mathematics. By connecting educators and fostering a network of capable, confident math learners and teachers, we strive to ensure that all students have access to the tools, support, and opportunities they need to thrive in mathematics.
