About me
Albert Vilalta, PhD, is a telecommunications engineer turned mathematics educator, dedicated to enriching mathematics education and fostering critical thinking skills. With nearly a decade of experience, he has taught mathematics at all levels, from Pre-K through high school, in both Spain and the United States, and has also prepared pre-service teachers at the university level.
Currently, Albert leads the Innovamat Learning team in the US, focusing on research, curriculum development, and professional learning. His work connects rigorous academic research with effective classroom strategies, aiming to promote deeper mathematical understanding and equitable learning experiences.
